Overjoyed!

I am so excited to announce that the Spanish theme wedding I coordinated with bride Christina Barreraz was chosen for an editorial piece in the July/August issue of Destination Weddings & Honeymoons (pages 58 & 59)! I am thrilled because this magazine is my go to for new ideas and inspiration! If you are planning a destination wedding (no matter where it is) this is a must have magazine.

I'm a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more I have of it. ~Thomas Jefferson

Feed The Children

I am always asked "what would be a great bridesmaids gift or welcome bag?"... want to give a gift that keeps on giving and impacts the children of the world?

FEED Projects goal is to reach hungry children through the sales of our FEED bags.

FEED bags raise much-needed funds for WFP school-feeding operations and awareness of the problem of child hunger.

All FEED products are made as eco-friendly and fairly as possible. Our bags are produced with high-quality, 100% organic cotton and natural burlap. We work with only audited and certified fair labor facilities. It's important to us to visit the places our products are made AND the places our donations are going.

The goal of FEED Projects is to market and sell as many FEED bags as possible and to FEED and educate the world's 400 million hungry children.

Prices range from $15 - $150.

A Little Wedding Favor Idea From My Client & Designer Carey Evans

I received this little tip from designer Carey Evans...

I just wanted to share with you one of the details from our wedding
that I thought you might want to share on your blog. We got these
little tins in the "unfilled kit" for only .99 per, the lowest price
I've seen. It was super easy to fill them with our own candy or
mints, and then just easily place on the printed sticker. The quality
is great and you can't beat the price.

The customer service was great as well. I got to further personalize
my design without any additional cost by just calling them over the
phone. They sent me proofs of all of the design choices I was
interested in - so I was clear on my choice.

It's a great favor, for a great price - and to keep things
environmentally friendly the tins are recyclable OR your guests can
use them to store any small items. You can find them at, Forever Wed.

We can't wait to use them in our wedding.

Best wishes,
Carey
